CoreSite Acquires Three Santa Clara Tech Buildings for $100 Million

DATA AND AI INFRASTRUCTURE

CoreSite has purchased three tech buildings in Santa Clara for $100 million, previously acquired by GI Partners for $79 million. The properties include a site proposed for a 244,100 square foot data center at 2805 Bowers Ave, which received city approval in 2024.
