Crusoe has appointed Nader Pakfar as General Counsel for Real Estate to lead its global legal strategy in response to the growth of AI data centers. Jamey Seely will continue as Chief Legal Officer, concentrating on governance and strategy, while Pakfar will collaborate with the leadership team to expedite development and enhance partnerships.
