On February 12, 2026, Côte d'Ivoire's Minister of Digital Transition and Technological Innovation, Djibril Ouattara, visited the ST Digital data center in Grand-Bassam as part of a series of work visits to his department's structures. The data center, covering 4,000 m², features a redundant electrical circuit and network with 99.98% availability, suitable for high-value data hosting. Prior visits included the National Computer Development Company (SNDI) and the National Telecommunications/TIC Universal Service Agency (ANSUT), where he emphasized coordination and efforts to reduce the digital divide.
