The firm, which focuses on logistics, residential development, and real estate credit, plans to diversify into data centers and corporate offices, having successfully raised R$ 450 million and R$ 850 million for its first two logistics funds. With backing from the Singaporean sovereign wealth fund GIC, Cy Capital seeks to expand its investments beyond São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro amid a challenging economic landscape.
