DL Invest Group has acquired a 53-hectare site in Bielsko-Biała from Stellantis for €27 million, planning to develop a $1 billion data center in collaboration with Boosteroid. The center will utilize existing infrastructure, including an 82 MW power supply, with a target capacity of 200 MW.

It aims to meet ESG standards and provide modern, sustainable spaces. The project is positioned to become a key industrial and technological hub in the region, supporting local job creation and development efforts.
