The City of Dowagiac, Michigan, is awaiting formal plans from Hyperscale Data, Inc. for the expansion of its local data center, as no submissions have been received to date. Mayor Patrick Bakeman noted that the city requires these plans to begin the review process, following public concerns from residents that have not been addressed in recent council meetings. Hyperscale announced its intention to expand in July.
