E-Power Inc. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Kehui International Ltd to establish E-Power Grid Inc. USA, a joint venture focused on microgrids for artificial intelligence data centers. E-Power will hold at least a 55% stake and invest $1.5 million for the venture's establishment.

Kehui will contribute its Synchronous Constant Frequency Microgrid patents. The joint venture will operate in the U.S. and Canada and aims for $3 million in sales within three years.
