ECB S.A. signed an engagement letter with PwC Advisory on December 16, 2025, to facilitate the search for an investor for a planned AI Data Center on ECB's land. The project involves establishing a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to lease the property for the investment, ultimately aiming to sell it to an investor interested in constructing and operating the data center.

A cooperation agreement will be made between ECB S.A. and the investor concerning project work and legal rights to the land. This AI Data Center initiative is part of ECB's strategic goals for 2025-2035, focusing on utilizing waste heat and consolidating efforts under its subsidiary, ECB Czysta Energia. The engagement with PwC is set until December 2026.
