EcoDataCenter approved a directed share issue of up to 356,097 ordinary shares and 77,005 preference shares of series 6 at subscription prices of SEK 376.32 and SEK 857.00, respectively, resulting in a maximum share capital increase of SEK 433,102. Areim Investment DC AB will have exclusive rights to subscribe for the new shares, deviating from shareholders' preferential rights.

Subscriptions must be completed within three weeks, with payment due within five weeks post-subscription. This share issue is part of capital raised by Areim from institutional investors to support growth and facilitate the green transition in the data center sector.
