Equinix and CPP Investments Acquire Iceland's Atnorth for $4 Billion

Equinix and CPP Investments are acquiring Icelandic data center operator Atnorth from Partners Group in a deal valued at approximately $4 billion. Following the acquisition, CPP Investments will hold a 60% majority stake, while Equinix will own 40%.
