A report by Oxford Economics reveals that the EU's data center capacity growth will significantly lag behind the US and China, with projections of only a modest increase of less than 1,000 MW by 2025. Despite potential spending growth on data centers, the economic impact on the EU GDP is expected to be minimal, contributing just 0.1%. In contrast, US data center capacity is projected to be nearly five times that of the EU by 2025.
