Eurus Energy America LLC has proposed a hydrogen fuel facility in Kapolei, Hawaii, aiming to produce nearly 1 million kg of hydrogen annually. The facility, to be located in Campbell Industrial Park, will utilize a photovoltaic panel array to power electrolyzers that extract hydrogen from recycled water, with operations expected to begin by late 2027, pending approval from the Board of Land and Natural Resources.
