Eurus Energy America Proposes Hydrogen Fuel Facility in Kapolei, Hawaii

Eurus Energy America LLC has proposed a hydrogen fuel facility in Kapolei, Hawaii, aiming to produce nearly 1 million kg of hydrogen annually. The facility, to be located in Campbell Industrial Park, will utilize a photovoltaic panel array to power electrolyzers that extract hydrogen from recycled water, with operations expected to begin by late 2027, pending approval from the Board of Land and Natural Resources. The project will be reviewed on January 9, with potential public meetings to follow.
