Fabrinet Reports Q1 FY2026 Revenue of $978 Million, Sets Q2 Guidance of $1.05 Billion to $1.1 Billion

Fabrinet reported record revenue of $978 million for Q1 FY2026, a 22% year-over-year increase and 8% from Q4. Non-GAAP EPS was $2.92, reflecting strong performance. Telecom revenue surged 59% year-over-year, driven by a significant rise in data center interconnect (DCI) products, which accounted for 14% of total revenue.

The company introduced high-performance computing (HPC) products, contributing $15 million to revenue, with expectations for growth. Q2 revenue guidance is set between $1.05 billion and $1.1 billion, marking a 29% increase year-over-year at the midpoint.

Datacom revenue decreased by 17% year-over-year, while operating margin declined by 10 basis points due to higher expenses. Component constraints are anticipated to impact growth in the second quarter. Fabrinet remains focused on future growth, including the Building 10 expansion.
