Georgetown University Partners with Cisco for Wi-Fi 7 Upgrade; Tecto Data Centers to Invest R$200M in Porto Alegre

Georgetown University has partnered with Cisco to implement Wi-Fi 7 across its campuses, enhancing connectivity in classrooms, dorms, and stadiums. Meanwhile, Tecto Data Centers is set to invest R$200 million in a new 20MW facility in Porto Alegre, Brazil, which will be linked to the Malbec subsea cable and aims to deliver 3MW of capacity by Q4 2026.
