Global AI to Develop Data Center on Former Kodak Site Near Denver, Colorado

Global AI, in partnership with Saudi AI firm Humain, plans to develop a data center on a 438-acre site near Windsor, Colorado. The company purchased the site, previously owned by Kodak, for $15.6 million.
The first phase, an 18-24MW facility, is expected to be operational by the end of 2026, with potential expansion up to 1GW requiring additional power capacity. Investment estimates for the project range from $2 billion to $20 billion.
