Goodman has filed a SEARS application to develop Project Atlas, a 99,310 sqm data center campus in Eastern Creek, Sydney, which will consist of two three-story buildings with a capacity of up to 500MW. The project, potentially costing up to AU$5 billion, will replace a vacant distribution center previously used by Coles and is part of Goodman's broader strategy to expand its data center portfolio in the region.
