Hornaing to Convert Former Power Plant into Data Center with €2 Billion Project

The former thermal power plant in Hornaing will be converted into a data center in a project valued at over €2 billion, expected to be completed within three to four years. Additionally, F. Delannoy has pledged to address water pricing issues in the Cœur d'Ostrevent Agglo region by reducing water costs.
