Hy2gen and City of Oulu Partner to Develop 200MW E-Fuel Plant in Finland

Hy2gen has signed a letter of intent with the City of Oulu to develop a 200MW hydrogen-based e-fuel plant in Finland's Vihreäsaari industrial area. The facility aims to position Oulu as a leading hub for synthetic fuel production in the Baltic Sea region.
A cooperation agreement detailing the process is expected in 2026. This initiative adds to Hy2gen's extensive portfolio of green hydrogen projects across Europe and North America.
