InfraRed Becomes Majority Investor in Valencia-Based Data Center Firm NxN
InfraRed Capital Partners has become the majority investor in the Valencia-based data center firm NxN, which is backed by telecommunications group Net Hits and investment firm Adequita. NxN is currently constructing its first facility in Valencia with a capacity of 5 MW, supported by a €60 million investment.
The facility's opening is scheduled for 2027 and aims to provide high-quality data processing solutions, including AI readiness. InfraRed's involvement will support NxN's first asset development and other expansion opportunities in Spain and Portugal. InfraRed manages $13 billion for international investors and has a presence in various global cities, focusing on medium-sized infrastructure investments, including renewable energy in Spain.
