Investment Firm Invests $700 Million in Virginia Data Center Complex

A Los Angeles-based investment firm is investing $700 million to develop a data center complex in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. The firm recently absorbed ADA Infrastructure and plans to build two data centers on a 314-acre site, which is over 200 football fields. The first phase of the project is expected to provide approximately 200 megawatts of IT load capacity.
