IRB Infrastructure Trust has secured the TOT-18 project in Odisha, acquiring the 74.5-km Chandikhole-Bhadrak section of NH-16 for ₹3,087 crore under a 20-year concession. This move marks a strategic shift for the company from traditional development to a yield-focused asset management approach, leveraging its Private InvIT to enhance liquidity for the government while generating inflation-linked revenue.
