Ishikari Renewable Energy from Japan has partnered with NeutraDC to establish an Asia network hub connecting Hokkaido Ishikari, Indonesia, and Singapore, aimed at attracting data center tenants and GPU users. The collaboration will utilize NeutraDC's colocation services and the All-Photonics Network for data transmission, while developing cross-border GPU-as-a-Service. The initiative will also feature the Zero Emission Data Center in Ishikari, leveraging renewable energy and cold air for sustainable operations.
