Itapipoca is set to develop a business hub over 127 hectares, managed by Instituto Orbitar, with construction starting in August 2026 and initial company installations expected by early 2027. The project, which aims to attract external investors including a potential data center, will also support traditional local industries such as footwear and coconut production. Strategically located near major transport routes, the hub will feature essential infrastructure like energy supply, sewage, and telecommunications.
