Laos Signs MoU with Menas Capital for 15GW AI Data Center Development

DATA AND AI INFRASTRUCTURE

The Lao government has signed a memorandum of understanding with Menas Capital LLC to develop a 15GW AI data center as part of the ASEAN Digital & Artificial Intelligence Hub. The MoU, signed on February 3, 2026, aims to support renewable energy-based digital infrastructure and includes initial feasibility studies and planning.
