LightHouse Data Centers has launched a new platform in partnership with Wharton Digital to develop hyperscale data centers, targeting over 2GW of capacity across North America. The initiative aims to bring 300MW of capacity online in the near term, with multiple campuses expected to be operational by late 2026 and early 2027, focusing on the US Southeast, Southwest, and Midwest regions. Current projects include several facilities in the Southeast and plans for additional campuses in the Midwest.
