Local Entrepreneurs Acquire Former Ferblatil Site to Reindustrialize Liège

Five local entrepreneurs have acquired the former Ferblatil site in Liège to reindustrialize the area after the bankruptcy of Liberty Liège. The 220,000 m² facility, now known as NOVATILL PARK, will cater to large companies and SMEs in industrial, technological, and energy sectors, featuring a photovoltaic solar plant and potential data center. The project aims for an 80% occupancy rate by 2030, creating hundreds of jobs through the reuse of existing infrastructure.
