Lonestar Data Raises $6.6M for Lunar Data Centers, Names New CEO

Lonestar Data Holdings has raised $6.6 million to further its plans for lunar data centers, appointing Stephen Eisele as CEO while founder Chris Stott transitions to executive chairman. The funding will support the deployment of data storage satellites and the establishment of data centers on the Moon and in lunar orbit by the early 2030s, addressing the growing energy demands for AI data centers.
