Lotte Innovate Co. has won a Design-Build-Operate contract for an edge data center project with IGIS Asset Management. The facility will consist of one basement level and nine above-ground floors, with a capacity of 9.9 MW, aimed at providing low latency and high efficiency in urban areas.
Lotte Innovate will manage the entire DBO process, ensuring operational stability and minimizing risks. This project enhances Lotte's portfolio in data center construction.
