Ludoil is in exclusive negotiations to acquire Italy's largest oil refinery, Priolo, from GOI Energy, with plans to decarbonize the facility and produce low carbon products such as sustainable aviation fuel and bioethanol. GOI, which purchased Priolo in 2023 from Lukoil, is seeking an exit due to dissatisfaction with crude supply terms.
