Magnifica Air, a luxury airline founded by Wade Black and Stacey Carey in late 2025, unveiled its first aircraft, an Airbus ACJ321neo, at Orlando International Airport. The 'private class' cabin will seat approximately 54 guests, combining elements of first-class and private aviation.

The jet features Pratt & Whitney engines, enabling a range of 6,100 nautical miles and compatibility with Sustainable Aviation Fuel. Operations are set to launch in 2027, with routes planned from South Florida to New York, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, San Jose, and Chicago.
