Announced in September, the facility aims to support cloud workloads. Zong, a subsidiary of China Mobile, highlighted the project's alignment with the Digital Silk Road, part of China's Belt and Road Initiative, which focuses on enhancing digital infrastructure including data centers and 5G networks.
