Marvell Acquires XConn for $540 Million to Enhance AI Connectivity

Marvell Technology has acquired XConn Technologies for $540 million, using about 60% cash and 40% stock, to enhance its AI infrastructure and data-center connectivity. The acquisition includes XConn's PCIe and CXL switching silicon and is expected to contribute approximately $100 million in revenue by 2028.
