Modular Power Solutions Leases 435,680-SF Data Center in Houston

Lincoln Property Co. and HIMCO have leased their 435,680-square-foot warehouse in Houston to Modular Power Solutions. Stream Realty Partners handled negotiations for Modular Power Solutions, while Lincoln's team represented the owner.
The warehouse, known as Maverick Distribution Center, features 40-foot clear heights and was financed by a $28.5 million loan from Texas Exchange Bank in 2023. Houston's industrial leasing activity saw a 2.1% year-over-year increase in 2025.
