Navitas has introduced a 10 kW DC/DC converter for 800 V DC to 50 V DC applications in AI data centers, achieving up to 98.5% efficiency. The platform uses GaNFast transistors and features a compact design with a full brick size of 61×116×11 mm, delivering 10 kW at 98.1% efficiency under full load. The solution aims to reduce losses and cooling needs, with ongoing evaluations in collaboration with data center operators.
