New Era Energy Completes Acquisition of Sharon AI's Stake in Texas Critical Data Centers

New Era Energy & Digital has completed its acquisition of Sharon AI's 50 percent stake in Texas Critical Data Centers, gaining full control of the joint venture in Ector County, Texas. The facility aims for an initial capacity of 250MW, with plans for scalability beyond 1GW, and is expected to begin operations by December 2026. However, New Era's share price has dropped 6.9 percent amid an investigation by Rosen Law Firm into its business practices.
