NHN, Waflat, and Marknova have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to develop an AI-based smart home care service to tackle caregiver shortages in an aging society. The collaboration will leverage NHN's AI infrastructure, Waflat's integrated care platform, and Marknova's expertise in care devices, aligning with the government's AI Smart Home Care policy. Waflat's AI Life Support Specialist service is currently operational in 23 local governments, with plans to expand to 40 by next year.
