NorthC Schweiz AG has secured a 30-year lease for a new data center at The Hive campus in Meyrin, Geneva, featuring an IT capacity of 4.5 MW powered entirely by green energy. Construction is set to begin in Q1 2026, with completion anticipated by the end of 2027, following the issuance of the building permit in late 2025. The facility will cover approximately 5,700 m².
