NxN Data Centers has initiated construction on its first facility in Valencia, marking the start of a €500 million investment to develop ten data centers in Spain and Portugal over the next five years. Each center will feature capacities between 5 and 10 megawatts and focus on sustainability, utilizing 100% renewable energy and zero water consumption. The first center is expected to be operational by March 2027, with the project anticipated to create up to 600 jobs.
