Ohio state Representatives Gary Click and Kellie Deeter have introduced legislation to establish a bipartisan Data Center Study Commission in response to concerns about the rapid expansion of data centers. The commission, consisting of 13 members, will hold public hearings to address local issues such as land use and environmental impact, ultimately producing a report to guide future decisions on data center development.
