Ooredoo's Syntys Acquires Q Data QFZ to Enhance Qatar's Data Center Capacity

Ooredoo Group's data center platform Syntys has acquired Q Data QFZ LLC, increasing its total IT capacity in Qatar to 26MW with an additional 5MW of live capacity and 7.5MW under development. The Tier III-certified facilities, located in Qatar Free Zones, bolster Syntys' role as a carrier-neutral provider for global cloud and AI platforms, supporting Qatar's digital economy and aiming for over 120MW of capacity across MENA by 2030.
