Open Access Data Centres (OADC) has acquired NTT's data center portfolio in South Africa, which includes facilities in several cities such as Bloemfontein, Cape Town, and Johannesburg, following approval from the Competition Commission of South Africa. The transaction involves associated infrastructure, supplier contracts, and lease agreements, while the CCSA determined that it would not significantly affect market competition.
