The Pennsylvania Game Commission is set to vote on January 24 regarding a land swap involving 614 acres in Berks and Delaware counties in exchange for 55 acres of state game lands. State Senator Katie Muth has expressed concerns over the potential for a second data center in Limerick Township, following a prior proposal for a large facility near the Philadelphia Premium Outlets. The meeting will also address additional land swaps to expand state game land.
