Philippine Airlines Unveils First Airbus A350-1000 in Southeast Asia

Philippine Airlines (PAL) unveiled its first Airbus A350-1000 on January 18, 2026, becoming the first airline in Southeast Asia to operate the aircraft. The airline plans to expand its fleet with five additional A350-1000s in 2026 and three more in 2027, enhancing its long-haul services to the US and Canada while promoting sustainability with reduced fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
