PowerBridge Appoints Debra L. Raggio as EVP and General Counsel Effective February 2026

PowerBridge, LLC has appointed Debra L. Raggio as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, effective February 2, 2026. In her new role, she will manage legal, regulatory, environmental, government affairs, and communications, reporting directly to CEO Alejandro Hernandez. The company, which develops gigawatt-scale data center campuses in North America, secured a $1 billion equity commitment from FivePoint Infrastructure in May 2025.
