Prime Data Centers is set to invest €1.8 billion in an AI-ready data center in Järvenpää, Finland, in collaboration with Brunswick Real Estate. The 12-hectare facility, which will incorporate waste heat recovery and connect to the local heating network, is expected to begin construction in 2027, pending environmental assessments and permits.
