Prologis Plans €8 Billion Investment in Data Centers Across Europe

Prologis plans to invest €7 billion to €8 billion in the development of 20 data centers across Europe between 2028 and 2030. The initiative will utilize existing logistics sites in Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, and Germany, aiming for a total IT capacity of approximately 700 MW.
