Proposed 2.25 Million Sq Ft Data Center Campus Near Phoenix, Arizona

DATA AND AI INFRASTRUCTURE

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has approved the rezoning of a 638-acre site for a large data center campus near Phoenix, Arizona. The site can accommodate up to nine data center buildings totaling 2.25 million square feet. The project is adjacent to Capital Power's Harquahala Generating Facility.
