QTS Files Application for 2 Million Sq Ft Data Center ATL2 East in Georgia

QTS Eastwood, LLC has submitted a Development of Regional Impact application for ATL2 East, a proposed 2 million sq ft data center in Fayetteville, Georgia, situated on a 313-acre site and projected for completion by 2029. This project follows QTS's acquisition of the land for $153.8 million in August 2022 and adds to their existing operations in the state, including the ongoing Project Excalibur, which will feature 6.6 million sq ft of data center space across 16 buildings.
