Quad/Graphics Sells Sussex Facility to Generac Power Systems for $20 Million

Quad/Graphics Inc. has sold a surplus production facility in Sussex to Generac Power Systems Inc. for $20 million, as part of a strategy to address underutilization. The 200,000-square-foot building will support Generac's expansion to meet rising demand, particularly in data center development. Quad continues to operate its other Wisconsin locations, employing around 4,500 people in the state.
