Raeden Submits Plans for Data Center in Gibraltar, Michigan

Raeden has submitted plans to develop a data center at a former steel plant site in Gibraltar, Michigan. The facility will utilize 200 to 500 gallons of water daily for cooling and require 100 megawatts of power from DTE Energy, which has confirmed it can meet this demand.
The Gibraltar Planning Commission will review the plans for compliance with zoning ordinances. An informational meeting is scheduled for March 11 at the Gil Talbert Community Center.
